Pricing

Prices are set by our designers and architects and range from hundreds of dollars to thousands. Each plan is priced individually resulting in plans suitable for all budgets.

Other prices that may apply to a particular plan include exterior wall upgrades (e.g. 2×4 to 2×6), optional foundations, readable (or mirror) reverses, material lists and QuikQuotes (our cost estimates that break down the cost to build a home in a particular zip or postal code of your choosing). All prices are listed on a plan’s product page.

Some plans are available as prints, some as digital files and some as both. Reproducibles, PDFs and CAD versions all come with a copyright release giving you legal permission to make changes to the plan and print it for construction.
